Whistle-blowers may report named or anonymously. On receiving a report, the company forms a task force to investigate suspected illegal, corrupt or unethical conduct, handling the case under the relevant laws and internal rules. Records are kept by a dedicated unit for five years, retaliation is prohibited, and confidentiality protects everyone involved.
